I would love to be a ServiceCorps Fellow because I have been passionate about service my whole life. It is rewarding to see the positive impact I can make for people by applying my skills and effort. I love to take on new challenges and find solutions to problems. The fellowship not only allows me to serve in a non-profit company, but will also teach me how to be a better leader and learn about the problems in the world that I wasn't necessarily aware of. It will be a great transition from college to my career because the program will give me real world problems to solve as well as incorporate leadership development and skills. It will open up new networking opportunities to help me continue serving and the resources to spread awareness to others. I would be thrilled to be a ServiceCorps Fellow!
Hi, my name is Elicia Trello and I am a recent graduate from Clarkson University with a B.S in Engineering and Management. For my last semester of college, I traveled throughout Europe while studying abroad at NUI Galway in Galway, Ireland; it's been amazing to follow this dream. Another dream of mine is to make a meaningful social impact throughout my life, so I am very excited to be part of the ServiceCorp team. I will be rotating through GE Power as an OMLP associate in the two years that follow. Three great years to begin my life after college!
I have always enjoyed being active outdoors through sports and hiking, and volunteering at various events. In college, I was the treasurer for Circle K International, a rugby player, a softball player, and in multiple honors societies. Being from a small town in upstate NY, I am grateful for all of these big experiences I've gotten to enjoy and learn from through my travels, college opportunities, and internships with two GE businesses.
