FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

New York, NY & Washington, DC – July 26, 2016 – Service Year Alliance (“Alliance”) and Matt Ronen, CEO of New York-based Service Year, Inc., jointly announce their agreement that Service Year Alliance will exclusively own and use the Service Year name. Mr. Ronen will be joining and collaborating with the Alliance and serving on Service Year Alliance’s Leadership Council. In addition to serving in this critical and new role at Service Year Alliance, Mr. Ronen will continue his work and leadership in this field. He recently launched a new organization, ServiceCorps, to take over and expand upon his work in this important space. Service Year Alliance will be launching its own redesigned website later this month.

The parties look forward to working together and pursuing the mutually beneficial opportunities for growth and success that their collaboration allows.
