Nonprofit Sectors

One of the most common questions people ask us is, “what problem are you solving?” By that they mean what problem sector are we in: education, poverty, health, environment, etc. But ServiceCorps isn’t about solving finite problems but, rather, investing in the limitless problem solving capacity of those who have the ability to make the biggest impact.

At the end of the day, it’s not where you give (because every sector is important), it’s how much impact you make. Thus, ServiceCorps is nonprofit sector-agnostic. We firmly believe that the best way to maximize impact is by placing people where they want to serve. Nothing is more sustainable than doing what you love.

Every year, ServiceCorps Fellows work across sectors.  The most common sectors we work with are:

  • Civil Society
  • Economic Opportunity (Poverty)
