Hosting A Fellow

Build Capacity With The Best

Our Social Sector Partners work tirelessly to close the opportunity gap and span across the nonprofit and public sectors, including but not limited to: Arts & Culture, Civil Society, Poverty, Education, Environment, Health, International, and Veterans.

As a ServiceCorps Social Sector Partner, you will host a Fellow for one year, starting in July, after college graduation. Just as important as the contribution our Fellows make at your organization is the impact you will have on an emerging leaders life.

What We Look For In Social Sector Partners

♢ Values: Are your values aligned with ServiceCorps mission?
♢ Environment: Is your workplace able to provide a positive professional growth experience?
♢ Impact: Are Fellows able to make a meaningful contribution to your organization?
♢ Contribution: Are you able to professionally and financially support a Fellow?

Cost Sharing

ServiceCorps receives contributes primarily from three main sources: Social Sector Partners (fee for Fellows), and Philanthropy.  Our funding model allows ServiceCorps to highly subsidize the cost of our Fellows to our Social Sector Partners. This enables us to build capacity across a diverse spectrum of partner organizations: from small, young organizations to the largest and oldest institutions.

Collectively, this funding provides for the following:

Fellow recruitment and selection
3-weeks of training throughout the course of the year
Ongoing support, community building, and alumni engagement
Stipend and comprehensive benefits package for approx. 12 months starting in July

Please find the Social Sector Partner contribution here. There are no additional costs.
