Apply and become accepted to the ServiceCorps Fellowship and begin the onboarding process. *While most of our applicants graduate in the December or May graduation of the Fellowship year, we also allow applicants from the previous academic year.
Senior Year*
Rolling
The Match: Once accepted into the Fellowship, new Fellows volunteer to defer their corporate start date for one year. The Match process begins to place Fellows with our Social Sector Partners based on a mutual fit.

Leadership Capital Institute (LCI): Intensive leadership development training
