ServiceCorps is an innovative, quickly scaling non-profit that was founded on the belief that leadership matters. Our mission is to transform top college graduates into socially conscious leaders. We are scaling to build and mobilize a lifelong community of courageous leaders and to advance the movement for opportunity equity. We are empowering emerging leaders to secure and defer their post-college job offers at leading corporations, and to serve for one year at the finest nonprofit and public organizations. As Fellows transition from their service year in the social sector to their career in the private sector, they possess the spark, tools, and network to make a social impact.
ServiceCorps currently has summer and semester internship positions open in NYC. ServiceCorps is seeking interns who are passionate about advancing our mission. Interns will work closely with the Founder & CEO of ServiceCorps, while maintaining a large degree of autonomy to achieve agreed project objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in entrepreneurship/nonprofits/social enterprise. Interns will develop highly valuable, marketable skills gained from being at the intersection of leading corporations, top college graduates, high-impact nonprofit organizations, and leadership development experts. We look for a track record of leadership, passion, and commitment. Interns must be comfortable working with a team and independently, be able to manage ambiguity, take initiative, and follow through on commitments. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required.
